What is the best way to start into the week and release the stress after a busy day? – With Yoga!
University and the involvement in extracurriculars can be very stressful, especially for Honours students who always push further and try to get the most out of every opportunity.
Therefore, we want to give you the opportunity to learn how to rest effectively and release the stress from those long days. This special yoga session will be held by Pauls Pujãts, finalist of the 2016 Olympic games in Rio.
Pauls will tell you about his approach to yoga, and how it helps in a professional athlete’s routine. Then we’ll move on to a yoga flow, which will include Shavasana—a guided meditation combined with visualization. After the yoga session, there will be time to ask Pauls about his lifestyle, life hacks and how you can apply these strategies to your own life.
You don’t need any prior experience in Yoga to join. Note: This event is only open to HonEURs members!
