SUMMARY:Next Step in AI: Human-Computer Symbiosis?
DESCRIPTION:The accelerated development of artificial intelligence poses questions regarding the role of human decision making in the future.\nAccording to Elon Musk\, it is inevitable to “join them\, if you cannot beat them”. But what does this entail? \nIndeed\, a handful of firms is researching on Brain-Computer-Interfaces (BCI)\, which are essentially computers linked to our brains.\nThese BCIs allow for a symbiosis between AI and humankind by a linkage of an external device to our neurons.\nNext Steps in AI: Human-Computer Symbiosis taps into recent developments of BCIs and discusses implications for the future of human societies. If you are interested in finding out how BCIs impact personal decision-making and the self\, this event will provide you with the answers you are looking for! \nJoin us on the 9th of March at 18:00 online to learn more about the practicalities of BCIs and engage in vivid discussions with a panel of experts. \nSign-up
