Do you often feel stressed, like you have too many things to do in a day, such as your university course load, work, balancing your social life with your obligations, and can’t seem to relax in your free time? For that reason, we’re hosting an event about well-being, focusing on the aspects of peer pressure and performance pressure. A former EUR student will best explain how to tackle these issues and how to become more mindful. Join us on the 11th of May at 15:00 (location tbd).
